Ganos Shrine is in the Tabantha Sky Archipelago.

Location of Ganos Shrine

Ganos Shrine is located at -3370, 0466, 1695 in the Tabantha Frontier Sky. You can use Zonai devices to fly there from Starview Island, or if you have enough stamina, or stamina-restoring food, you can use the Paraglider from Starview Island.

Once you get there, you can check on the empty shrine location to see the beam of light to the crystal. It points to a Flux Construct III. Use the Paraglider to float to the Flux Construct, run away from its attack, then use Ultrahand to pull the Construct Core away from its body before it attacks again. When it falls apart, use Ultrahand to move the crystal to safety. Move far away from the Flux Construct to stop it from attacking, then use the nearby Zonai fan platform to fly back up to where the beam is pointing.
