Check on the empty frame on the wall in South Akkala Stable to start this quest.

How to Complete the Quest

Enter Tarrey Town from the east and you will see the Unity Bell in the center of the town. Take a picture of it. After you take a picture that has a red exclamation mark symbol on it in your album, go back to South Akkala Stable and check on the empty frame again to complete the quest.

Quest Reward

Dmitri gives you a Pony Point, and a Prime Meat Stew. If this is the last painting to go up, you also get a Diamond and five Enduring Carrot Cakes.
