How to Complete the Quest

If the weather indicator shows a sun symbol, you can go to the middle of Floria Bridge (east of the stable) and aim your camera north, at Floria Falls. After you take a picture that has a red exclamation mark symbol on it in your album, go back to Lakeside Stable and check on the empty frame again to complete the quest.
