You can start this quest by talking to Kilton in Tarrey Town after you complete A Monstrous Collection IV.

Photograph a King Gleeok

If you have completed Presenting: Sensor +!, you can set the sensor to search for King Gleeoks if you have already added it to the Compendium and you no longer have a picture. King Gleeoks can be found in the Gleeok Den, which is in the area of the Depths directly beneath the Thyphlo Ruins, and they can also be found in the Gerudo Desert Sky and the Necluda Sea Sky.

Kilton gives you a Diamond and a Monster Extract.
