How to Complete Wanted: The Cyanwolf

The objective is to defeat the Cyanwolf, which is the green wolf. There are also four normal Wolves, but you can ignore them if you prefer. These foes can all inflict Confuse on your units. You can throw a Knot of Rust at a Confused unit to remove the Confuse status.
