How to Complete Inspiration or Perspiration?

Your objective is to protect the guest unit (an Alchemist who does not participate in the battle) and defeat all foes. Your opponents are a Red Marshmallow, Bomb, and Fire Drake. These opponents are all weak to Ice. They will sometimes use Fire attacks to heal each other.
