Visit the Pokémon Center

After you cross the bridge into East Province (Area Two), be sure to heal up at the Pokémon Center to add it to your Flying Taxi destinations.

Next to the tree beside the Pokémon Center, you find a TM138 Psychic Terrain.

As you go east along the path, you find a slope down into the water, which is across from a slope on the other side. You can use Koraidon/Miraidon to jump over the water there, to reach the northern part of this area. If you don't want to explore the northern area, skip to Southern East Province (Area Two).
