How to Start the Mission

This mission is available when you start the post-game (Main Mission 38: The Future of Lumiose City). Go northwest from Racine Construction and talk to Couper on the bridge to start the mission.

How to Complete the Mission

Defeat the alpha Pyroar in Wild Zone 17 so you can safely climb up to the rooftop. Check on the sparkle on the rooftop to find a Skarmory feather. Defeat the Skarmory that attacks (you can't catch it).

Mission Rewards

You get 3500 Pokédollars, 1x Metal Coat, and 3x Babiri Berry.
