After you catch Xerneas and Yveltal, L meets you in front of Hotel Z.

Battle L

After you have caught Xerneas and Yveltal, try to go into Hotel Z, and L will challenge you to a battle. L has a level 78 Pyroar, a level 78 Florges, a level 78 Sableye, a level 79 Noivern, a level 79 Garbodor, and a level 80 Gyarados that he Mega Evolves. You get 6400 Pokédollars for winning.

Battle Zygarde

Go to Wild Zone 20 (Centrico Plaza) and go to the middle of the Wild Zone to find Zygarde. Talk to it and agree to battle it. Zygarde can dash forward to attack, and can attack with Crunch, so don't stay in front of it. It can attack with Thousand Arrows, making arrows of energy fall onto you or your Pokémon.

After you defeat its 10% Forme, it will turn into its 50% Forme. It can attack with Rock Slide, so keep moving to get out from under the falling rocks. It can also attack with Crunch. Zygarde can also attack with Dragon Pulse. Zygarde can charge up Land's Wrath. You will need to keep pressing Y to dash out of range of this repeated attack.

When the 50% Forme is defeated, it becomes its Complete Forme. It will try to walk up to you and perform a large circular attack centered on itself, so don't let it get too close to you. Then it will fly outside of the battle area and use Core Enforcer, which draws large lines on the area. Stay far away from these lines to stay safe from the attack.

Eventually Zygarde will float above the center of the area and create lines of energy that move inward from the outer part of the area. Press Y to jump over these lines.

Afterward, throw any type of Poké Ball at Zygarde to catch it.

L will give you the Zygarde Cube, which you can use to change Zygarde's Forme.
