Get a Challenger Ticket

If you haven't yet earned a Challenger Ticket, battle in the Battle Zone until you earn one. You can sit on a bench (such as outside of a Pokémon Center) to turn it from day to night if needed.

Talk to Corbeau

Once you have a Challenger Ticket, go back into Rust Syndicate and talk to Phillipe to start the battle.

Corbeau of the Rust Syndicate has a level 50 Arbok, a level 51 Roserade, a level 51 Gyarados, and a level 52 Scolipede that he Mega Evolves. You get 3744 Pokédollars for winning.

You get TM100 Gunk Shot.

Afterward, Main Mission 25: A Showdown on the Battle Court begins.
