Urbain/Taunie has gone to investigate a Rogue Mega Dragonite and could use your help.
Go to the Dragonite
The Dragonite is on the roof, and they only way to reach it is to go into the courtyard of the buildings east of Wild Zone 2 and use the Holovator there. Then go north along the rooftops and climb up the scaffolding. Use the ladder at the end and you find a piece of scaffolding that sticks out from the roof. Run off of the scaffolding and use Roto-Glide to reach the roof across the way. Then follow the path and approach the Dragonite.
Battle the Mega Dragonite
The Mega Dragonite will blow gusts of air at you and spit flames at you. Be sure to dodge them.
It will sometimes go to the middle of the area and create a tornado that gets bigger and bigger, while lightning hits the area in multiple places.
When its health reaches 50%, its attacks get stronger.
When it starts charging a lot of power, you have to hit it with Plus Moves to interrupt it, or it will do a strong unavoidable flame attack. If you interrupt it, it will do weaker fire attacks, but you still have to run out of the way to avoid them.
After the battle, you get Dragoninite.

If you haven't done the other two Main Missions, you can do them now.
After You Complete All Three
After you defeat the three Mega Evolved Pokémon, go back into Hotel Z. This begins Main Mission 35: Reaching Rank A
