Main Mission 10: The Secrets of Mega Evolution

Meet Urbain/Taunie

Go outside and talk to Urbain/Taunie. Then put Absol in your party and give it the Absolite to hold. Afterward, talk to Urbain/Taunie and agree to battle.

Urbain/Taunie of Team MZ has a level 25 starter that is weak to the starter you picked, a level 25 starter that is strong against the starter you picked, and a level 26 Manectric that Urbain/Taunie Mega Evolves. You get 1560 Pokédollars for winning.

New Wild Zones

There are new Wild Zones in the city: Wild Zones 7 through 10. Feel free to check them out and catch new Pokémon.

New Side Missions

There are four new Side Missions:

Meet Vinnie

Go to the mission destination in the northwest part of the city. You and Urbain/Taunie will have a double battle with two level 30 Dedenne. They can't be caught, so just focus on defeating them.

Go south to the battle court, and talk to Vinnie.

Afterward, you can either sit in a bench until nightfall, or just wait until nightfall, when the Battle Zone opens. Battle in the Battle Zone until you have enough Ticket Points, then go back and talk to Vinnie.

Battle Vinnie

Vinnie of Quasartico Inc. has a level 30 Houndoom, a level 30 Sharpedo, a level 30 Buneary, and a level 32 Drampa that he Mega Evolves into Mega Drampa. You get 2048 Pokédollars for winning.

You receive TM051 Safeguard.

Go into the Quasartico Inc. building. Afterward, check on the exit. Then talk to the person behind the desk who called to you. You can exchange Mega Shards for items, such as Exp. Candy, and Mega Stones for specific Pokémon. Mega Shards come from the pink crystals that you can find around the city. You can break those crystals by having a Pokémon use any attack move on them.

Go back to the exit and check on it. Then you can use the map to go to Nouveau Café. Approach the mission marker to continue.

Use the map to go back to Hotel Z. Go inside and talk to Lida.

You'll get a Mega Stone for the starter Pokémon you chose.

Three new Main Missions become available. You can do them in any order.
