Main Mission 20: A Request from the Rust Syndicate

New Wild Zones

There are two new Wild Zones, 14 and 15.

Go to the Rust Syndicate

Go to the mission destination, which is southwest of Wild Zone 5. Approach the two guards. The Rust Syndicate Grunt has a level 44 Garbodor and a level 44 Lairon. You get 2112 Pokédollars for winning.

Battle Phillipe

If needed, use the map to go to a Pokémon Center and heal up, then go back to the mission destination and talk to Phillipe to start the battle. Phillipe of the Rust Syndicate has a level 46 Steelix, a level 46 Scizor, and a level 47 Skarmory that he Mega Evolves. You get 3008 Pokédollars for winning.

Go into the Rust Syndicate Building

Go forward and check on the door of the Rust Syndicate office to go inside. You can't walk quickly or run while you're here. Talk to Phillipe. You have to agree to the deal.

Return to Hotel Z

Use the map to go back to Hotel Z. Go inside. Then talk to Lida to start the strategy meeting.

Next Missions

There are three Main Missions you can do now:

Continue with the Mission

After you complete the three missions listed above, go into Hotel Z. Then go to the new destination in the southwest part of the city, southeast of Wild Zone 10. Approach the Rust Syndicate Grunt.

When you're ready, go into the building.

Catch the Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar that you see in the middle of the room. Try throwing Dusk Balls if it's night time. After you catch them all, talk to the person hiding in the corner.

The next mission destination is in the northwest part of the city, near Magenta Pokémon Center. Use the map to go there, and go down the nearby ramp to reach the canal. Then go to the mission destination. Talk to the person there, then go through the door to enter the Sewers.

You are asked to destroy all the Mega Crystals in the Sewers. Since Pokémon earn experience points from destroying Mega Crystals, you might want to use some of your lower-level Pokémon to give them some extra experience points. The Pokémon can use any attack moves to destroy the crystals. There are 27 crystals to destroy. Your progress will be displayed in the top-left part of the screen. Be sure to look at each side of columns and walls to make sure you don't miss any crystals.

When you are done, go back and talk to the person at the mission destination.

Next, go to the Centrico Pokémon Center, just north of Prism Tower, and go to the mission destination nearby. Approach the people in the battle court.

When you're ready to battle, talk to François to start the battle. François of the SBC has a level 47 Gabite and a level 47 Sliggoo. You get 3196 Pokédollars for winning.

Afterward, you battle Vivica of the SBC, with no chance to heal your Pokémon first. Vivica has a level 48 Aromatisse and a level 48 Slurpuff. You get 3264 Pokédollars for winning.

Go back to Centrico Pokémon Center to heal up if needed, then go to the mission destination nearby. Approach the group of people.

You will have to battle the representative of the Lumiose Safety Group, who has a level 48 Pinsir, a level 48 Onix, and a level 49 Glalie. You get 2352 Pokédollars for winning.

Go back into Hotel Z. Then use the map to go back to the Rust Syndicate Office. Go inside and talk to Philippe.
