How to Start the Mission

In the northwest part of the city, go to Looker Bureau and go northwest. Go into the Pokémon battle court and talk to Cielestine to start the mission.

How to Complete the Mission

Even if it's not raining, you can tell Cielestine that you want to wait with her until it starts raining. Cielestine the Backpacker has a level 45 Skrelp, a level 45 Clawitzer, and a level 46 Slowking. You get 2208 Pokédollars for winning.

Mission Rewards

You get 2000 Pokédollars, 1x Mystic Water, and 3x Fresh Water.
