This mission becomes available after you start Main Mission 19: Reaching Rank D. Talk to Durstin in the southwest part of the city, southeast of Bleu Pokémon Center, to start the mission.
How to Complete the Mission
Talk to Durstin and give him a beverage, such as Lemonade.
