This mission becomes available after you start Main Mission 06: Reaching Rank X. Talk to Distan, who is southwest of Wild Zone 5, to start the mission.

How to Complete the Mission

When you're ready, talk to Distan to start the battle. Distan the Rich Boy has a level 16 Binacle, a level 16 Fletchling, and a level 16 Skiddo. You get 1088 Pokédollars for winning.
