Wayward Cave

After you go south through Cycling Road (Route 206), you can cut through some trees and go north to reach Wayward Cave.

Use Flash

The cave is dark, so it helps to have a pokémon that knows Flash. You can get the TM for Flash in Oreburgh Gate (the cave west of Oreburgh City).

In Wayward Cave, you can find Bronzor, Geodude, and Zubat.

Explore the Cave

Go north, then check on the rock to break it with Rock Smash. Then go north from there and check on the rocks to the right to find a hidden Potion. Then go to the left and check on the rock to break it with Rock Smash. Go north from there, then west and check on the rock to break it. Keep going west until the path goes south. At the crossroads, go to the right, then south.

You will find two Hikers that you can either battle separately by talking to them from above, or battle them at the same time by walking between them.

The Hiker on the right is Hiker Lorenzo, who has a level 17 Onix. You get 816 Pokédollars for winning.

The Hiker on the left is Hiker Reginald, who has a level 15 Geodude and a level 15 Machop. You get 780 Pokédollars for winning.

There is a hidden Super Potion on the rocks south of the Hikers.

Go north from the Hikers, then go west until the path goes south. It leads to a Lass and a Youngster. You can either battle them separately talking to them from above, or battle them at the same time by walking between them.

Lass Cassidy has a level 17 Buneary. You get 544 Pokédollars for winning.

Youngster Wayne has a level 13 Bidoof, a level 14 Zubat, and a level 15 Aipom. You get 540 Pokédollars for winning.

Go south of Lass and Youngster, and break the rock with Rock Smash. Then go east to get TM32 Double Team.

Go back the way you came until you reach the crossroads, and go north. At the next crossroads, go north, then go west. Follow the path and you will find a Camper and Picnicker. You can either battle them separately talking to them from above, or battle them at the same time by walking between them.

The one on the left is Camper Diego, who has a level 13 Cascoon and a level 17 Dustox. The one on the right is Picnicker Tori, who has a level 15 Silcoon and a level 15 Beautifly. You get a combined 1084 Pokédollars for winning.

East of the Camper and Picnicker, you find a Rare Candy.

Go back the way you came. When you reach the crossroads, keep going east. You will find an Escape Rope along the path. Go east from there and follow the path. At the next crossroads, go east until you find another Camper and Picnicker. You can either battle them separately talking to them from above, or battle them at the same time by walking between them.

On the left, Picnicker Ana has a level 17 Meditite. You get 544 Pokédollars for winning.

On the right, Camper Parker has a level 15 Buizel and a level 15 Shinx. You get 540 Pokédollars for winning.

South of the Camper and Picnicker, there is a hidden Burn Heal on a rock.

Go back the way you came, and at the next crossroads, go south. At the corner, there is a hidden Potion on a rock.

Continue following the path until you reach another crossroads. Go south to find two trainers. You can either battle them separately talking to them from above, or battle them at the same time by walking between them.

On the left, you find Collector Terry, who has a level 12 Gastly, a level 13 Gastly, and a level 17 Gastly. You get 1360 Pokédollars for winning.

On the right is Ruin Maniac Gerald, who has a level 15 Geodude and a level 17 Bronzor. You get 1088 Pokédollars for winning.

South of the Collector and Ruin Maniac, there is a hidden Tiny Mushroom on a rock.

Go north past the crossroads and continue following the path. Eventually you reach a dead end and find Mira, who needs help finding the exit and will follow you. Mira will heal your pokémon after every battle.

Before you leave the area with Mira, check on the rock to the south to find a Nugget.

You won't be able to use an Escape Rope while Mira is following you. Go back the way you came. Here are the correct directions to go at each of the crossroads that you encounter: west, north, and then south until you reach the exit.
