After you make your way through Route 204, and Ravaged Path along the way, you reach Floaroma Town.
Get TM88s
In the house northwest of the Floaroma Town Pokémon Center, talk to the girl with the Clefairy, and say Yes to get some TM88s. They teach the move Pluck.
Get Berries, Plant Berries
There is a berry shop northwest of the Poké Mart, and there are two berry trees outside of it. Check on them and take the berries. Then you can plant other berries in the soft soil where the trees were.
Get a Sprayduck
Go into the berry shop northwest of the Poké Mart. Talk to the person in the left side of the store to get a free Sprayduck. You can use it to water berries.
Get a Free Berry
Talk to the person in the lower right side of the berry shop to get a free berry. You can talk to this person each day to get another berry.
Trade Berries for Stickers
Talk to the person at the counter in the corner and you can trade berries to get stickers, which you can use to customize your Ball Capsules.
Plant and Water Berries
If you didn't already, you can pick the berries from the berry trees outside of the berry shop, then plant berries in the soft soil left behind, and check on the planted berries to water them with the Sprayduck. You can come check on the soil later to see if the berry trees have grown.
Route 205
You can go east from Floaroma Town to reach Route 205, where you will find two more berry trees. Take the berries, then plant more berries and water them.
Go farther east and a girl will ask you to help her father, who is being held captive in Valley Windworks by Team Galactic.
Valley Windworks
You can go east to Valley Windworks, but there is not much you can do there yet.
In the grass in front of Valley Windworks, you can catch Bidoof, Buizel, Pachirisu, and Shellos, and you can use the Old Rod in the water to catch Magikarp.
South of the Valley Windworks building, there is a Potion.
If you talk to the Team Galactic Grunt at the door of the Valley Windworks, you have to do battle with the Grunt's level 11 Glameow. You get 704 Pokédollars for winning.
Floaroma Meadow
Go to the northwest part of town and go into the dark area between the trees to reach Floaroma Meadow. Go north and there will be a cutscene, and then you will have to battle a Team Galactic Grunt who has a level 9 Wurmple and a level 9 Silcoon. You get 648 Pokédollars for winning.
Afterward, you have to battle a Team Galactic Grunt who has a level 11 Zubat. You get 704 Pokédollars for winning.
After the Grunts go away, you get a Works Key, and a jar of Honey. After that, you can talk to this person to buy more honey for 100 Pokédollars per jar.
You can go east to find a tree that you can use the Honey on. If you use the Honey on the tree, you can come back later to see if the tree is rustling. If so, check on it to encounter a pokémon that you can try to catch.
After you are done here, go west and then south to return to Floaroma Town. Then go east to Route 205, and keep going east until you reach Valley Windworks.
