City in the Sky

After you discover the Sky Cannon and pay Fyer to repair it, you can launch yourself to the City in the Sky.

Visit the Shop

After the cutscene, go through the door where the other Oocca went, but beware of the Baba Serpent near the door, and be careful also of the gusts of wind that can push you off of the walkway. You can use the Iron Boots to prevent this.

In the shop, Ooccoo and Ooccoo Jr. are standing on the counter. Talk to them to take them with you. Instead of saving your place in this dungeon, she will return you to this shop.

You can purchase items from here if you wish. Then leave the shop and go back to the watery area in the middle. If you put on the Iron Boots you can open the two chests underwater to get bombs and rupees.

You can't warp from here, so if you want to go back down to Hyrule, go down the south path from here to reach a Sky Cannon. Use the Clawshot on the target in the back to be launched back down to Hyrule.

Otherwise, go up the north path when you are ready to proceed. Be careful of the Baba Serpents on the way. Use the Clawshot on the crystal switch above the door to open it. Approach the door, and there will be a cutscene. Go through.

Get a Key

There are Oocca walking around this area. They can be picked up and carried, and you will float while carrying them. Blue blocks in this dungeon will fall a few moments after you stand on them, so be careful where you step.

Pick up an Oocca and float across the gap, Use the Clawshot to remove the Helmasaur's armor so you can more easily defeat it.

Use the Clawshot on the vines on the pillar up above, to reach the ledge. Use the Clawshot on one of the Oocca on the wall to pick it up. Use it to float to the north side of the room. Kill the two Helmasaurs here. Then go around the side of the north ledge to climb up and reach the door. Go through.

Up ahead, there is a Helmasaurus, a stronger version of Helmasaurs. You can't remove its shield, so you will have to dodge it or use the Back Slice to hit its back.

In this room, look for a window where the grating has a hole in it. Use the Clawshot on the grating, and go through the hole to reach the outside.

Go down from the ledge and look for the hole that the Spinner can fit into. Use the Spinner and tap the A button repeatedly until a bridge extends to a door. Then go north to where the stone ledge is broken, and use the Clawshot on the ivy across the way. Climb up and go across the new bridge, fighting Kargaroks as you go. Remember to use the Iron Boots to avoid getting knocked off by the wind. Go through the door at the end of the bridge.

Go straight ahead and look for a chest in a fenced-in corner of the room. Use the Clawshot on the target on the ceiling to reach the chest. Open it to get a small key. Then use the Clawshot on the grating across the gap. Jump across the nearby gap and go back through the door.

Get the Map

Use the Iron Boots to cross the bridge. There will be a cutscene when you reach the door at the other end. Go through the door.

Use the Clawshot on the ivy on one of the pillars, then go around until you can safely let go and land on a white block. Then turn around and run across the blue blocks to go through the door across from the one where you entered this room.

Go around the side, killing Baba Serpents and a Kargarok. At the end, you find a Spinner hole. Use the Spinner in it to extend a new bridge. Use the Iron Boots to go across it, killing Kargaroks as you go. Go through the locked door at the end.

There are some powerful fans blowing air across the room. Kill the two Helmasaurs, then go around the side with the fence. Look for the crystal switch across the way. You will have to use the Clawshot on it, because the wind will prevent arrows from reaching it. Hitting the switch will turn off one of the fans.

Go to where the first fan is still blowing, and use the Iron Boots to walk past it. Don't step on the blue blocks up ahead. Instead, use the Clawshot on the ivy on the pillar beyond the blue blocks. Go around the side so you can safely let go and land on a white block. Then kill the Helmasaur here, and go through the nearby door.

In this room, there is an Oocca and a chest. Open the chest to get the Dungeon Map. Go back through the door.

Reach the Mini-Boss

Run south across the bridge of blue blocks, and go through the south door.

Be careful of the Keese flying around this room. Don't try to jump to the small chest near the door. The gap is too wide to jump across. Instead, go south and walk to the end of the narrow path. Be careful of the Keese here and jump across the gap.

Wait for the gust of air to appear between your platform and the next, and wait for it to stop before you jump across to the brown block on the other side.

There is a narrow path of blocks here, with another gust of wind that appears at the end. Just across the gap, there is a Tile Worm hiding under the tile. You can use the Gale Boomerang to pull it up and try to kill it or drag it off the edge. Then you can use the Clawshot target on the wall across the gap.

Jump onto the narrow path of blocks to the north, but don't go too far forward because there is a Tile Worm hiding up ahead. Use the Gale Boomerang to get rid of it. From here, you can use the path along the north wall to reach the small chest that is near the door where you entered the room. Then jump back onto those blocks along the north wall, and from there, you can go back to where the Tile Worm was, and jump across the gap to the next platform.

Go toward the gust of air and you will see another Tile Worm across the gap. Use the Gale Boomerang on it to get rid of it, then wait for the gust of air to stop, and jump across.

Quickly jump over the two gaps to the south, avoiding staying on the blue block in the middle for too long. Then go through the door in the south wall.

Jump to a corner platform to lure one of the Dynalfos over. This allows you to avoid fighting both at once. Use the Ball and Chain at close range to stun it, then hit it with your sword. You can also try knocking the Dynalfos off of the edge. Then jump to the larger middle platform and defeat the second Dynalfos there.

After they are gone, the door you entered through will unlock, and a gate will roll open. Look upward to see some ivy on the wall. Use the Clawshot on it and climb up. Then use the Clawshot on the chandelier to activate a gust of wind in the middle of the room. Pick up and Oocca and wait for the gust of wind to start up again, then float over the wind to be pushed up to the ceiling, then float to the ledge across from where you picked up the Oocca. Go through the door here.

Look up to see another chandelier. Use the Clawshot on it. A gate will open, revealing a small chest. Pick up the nearby Oocca and go down to where the gust of wind is coming up. Use it to float upward, then float into the ledge with the small chest.

Pick up the Oocca and float back down to the lower area, or jump down to the lower area and use the Clawshot to get the Oocca. Pick up the Oocca and fly over the gust of wind, but avoid the second gust of wind on the ledge, to reach the chest in the far corner of the room.

From there, use the Clawshot on the nearby wall target to land on the neighboring platform, then use the Clawshot to get the Oocca again. Use the nearby gust of air to fly through the hole in the stone wall. Float to the nearby ledge, where there is another chandelier. Drop the Oocca and use the Clawshot on the chandelier to activate a wind gust at the other end of the room. Use the Oocca on the central wind gust to reach the new wind gust that you activated, and use that wind gust to go through the hole high up in the wall. After you land on the other side, go through the door in the north wall.

Walk forward and there will be a cutscene showing you the room. Use Ooccas to carefully make your way downward, avoiding the wind gusts that can push you outside. There are also Deku Babas and Keese to watch out for. Look for a Clawshot target above a ledge with an Oocca on it, and use the Clawshot to go there, but don't use the Clawshot targets farther down, because if you accidentally target one that doesn't have a ledge below it, you will be stuck and have to fall below and start this room again. Instead, use the Oocca on the platform that you reached with the Clawshot to float down to the ledge at the bottom that has a door. Go through the door.

Use the Clawshot on the chandelier and put on the Iron Boots to stop the fan. Let go of the chandelier to fall through the fan and land in the area below. There will be a cutscene, and Aeralfos will attack.

Aeralfos

During this battle, be careful not to walk onto the blue blocks around the edge, or they will fall.

When Aeralfos is flying, wait for it to raise its shield, then use the Clawshot on its shield to drag it close to you. Attack with your sword, but beware of its own sword attacks.

Try not to be too far away from the Aeralfos, or you will not be able to reach it with the Clawshot.

When it flies through a hole in the wall, watch for it to reappear and raise its shield again. Use your Clawshot on the shield as before.

Get the Double Clawshots

After it is defeated, use the Clawshot target on the ceiling above the ledge where there is a chest. Open it to get the Double Clawshots.

Get the Compass

Use the Double Clawshots on a target on the ceiling, then move downward on the Clawshot chain and use the Double Clawshots on another ceiling target, so that you can use the Double Clawshots on the ivy next to the ceiling fan. Climb up and exit through the nearby door.

Use the Double Clawshots on the wall targets to make your way up the room. Look for the chandelier partway up the room. When you are close enough, use the Double Clawshots on the chandelier to open a gate down below. The gate only stays open while you are hanging from the chandelier, so move downward on the Clawshot chain until you see Clawshot targets beyond the gate that just opened. Use the Double Clawshots on one of those targets to reach the door. Go through.

Look up at the pillars to see a Clawshot target. Use the Double Clawshots on it, but beware: the stone will start slipping downward. Luckily, each target here can be locked onto, so quickly lock onto the next target and use the Double Clawshots. Continue going up the pillars, until you can land on the ledge. Open the nearby chest to get the Compass. Then go through the nearby door.

Get a Piece of Heart

Use the Double Clawshots on the nearest grating in the ceiling, then use a Clawshot to cut the Baba Serpent's vine and make it fall. Move downward on the Clawshot chain, then make your way across all the gratings, killing the Baba Serpents as you go. At the end, use a Clawshot on the ivy on the wall. Climb up and go through the nearby door.

Run across the blue blocks to reach the center of the room. There is a Clawshot target hanging down, straight ahead. Use the Double Clawshots on it, then use a Clawshot on the target above the door straight ahead. Drop down and go through that door.

There are Peahats floating in the air here. You can use the Double Clawshots on them to cross over where the bridge used to be. But be careful of the Kargaroks flying around, and be careful of the wind that can make you fall. You can lock onto the Peahats to make it easier to go from one to the other. When you reach the door at the other end, go through.

Go to the far end of the room, where you can see two Clawshot targets on the ceiling. Use the Double Clawshots on the one that does not have a ledge below it. Then lower yourself on the Clawshot chain and turn around to see a Clawshot target on a pillar. Lock onto it and use the Double Clawshots on it, then quickly make your way to the pillar at the end of the room. You can let go or just let it fall.

Look through the gap in the wall to see another Clawshot target. Use the Double Clawshot on it. From where you are now, there are two Clawshot targets on the wall across from you. Use the Double Clawshots on the target that is lower down. Then use the Double Clawshots on the grating on the left. Drop down and kill the two Baba Serpents, then open the chest to get some arrows.

Use the Double Clawshots on the target that is higher up. Then use the Double Clawshots on the grating on the nearby ledge. There is a hole in the wall nearby. If you look through it, you see a ledge that you can jump to. Look down from there and you will see a ledge down below with a grating in the wall next to it. Jump down there or use the grating to get down there. Then look up at the ceiling to see two Baba Serpents hanging from the ceiling. Kill them with arrows or the Clawshot, then use the Double Clawshots on the grating that one of the Baba Serpents was hanging from. Move downward on the Clawshot chain and look for the crystal switch across from the gate in the wall. Use the Double Clawshots on the switch, then use the Double Clawshots on the target beyond the gate that opened. Then look for gratings and targets, and use the Double Clawshot to make your way up to a ledge with a door; but don't go through the door yet. There are two treasure chests in this room. You can jump to them, but beware of the Tile Worms across the gaps.

After you have opened both chests in the room, jump back across and go through the north door.

Kill the Big Baba in the middle by cutting off its head, then throwing a bomb into the Deku Like in the middle. Then kill the three Baba Serpents around the edge, and kill any Keese that appear. Then look for a Clawshot target on a pillar up above, and the ivy on a pillar above a ledge near the wall. Use the Double Clawshot on the pillar target, then quickly use the Double Clawshot to grab the ivy on that pillar above the ledge near the wall. Climb to the top of the pillar, kill the Baba Serpent up above, and jump to the ledge and open the chest there.

Go back to the pillar with the ivy, climb up the nearby ledge, then carefully make your way along the narrow ledge, killing the Keese with an arrow as soon as you can target it. You should also use an arrow to kill the Baba Serpent up ahead. Then open the nearby chest to get some arrows.

Go farther along the ledge. When you can't go any farther, use arrows to kill the Keese hanging from the ceiling across the gap, then jump to grab the narrow ledge against the wall, and hang from your hands as you go sideways to the area on the other side. Slowly approach the chest, and use arrows and your sword to kill the Baba Serpent that comes down from the ceiling. Then open the chest to get a Piece of Heart.

Get a Poe Soul

Go back across the narrow ledge with your hands, then look for a pillar near the wall up above with a target on it. Use the Double Clawshots on it, and quickly lock on to the next pillar and use the Double Clawshots on it. Then quickly look for some ivy on a pillar near the wall, and grab onto it with the Double Clawshots. Then use the Double Clawshots to grab the target on the underside of the pillar in the middle. Move downward on the Clawshot chain and land on the platform below, then kill the Dynalfos by stunning it at close range with the Ball and Chain and hitting it with your sword, then go through the door to the south.

Kill the three Baba Serpents hiding in the grass in this area, then wait for a Peahat to fly overhead, and lock onto it and use the Double Clawshots on it. Wait for it to fly near another Peahat, and use the Double Clawshots to grab onto the new one. After the second Peahat flies you over the wall, drop down and kill the Baba Serpent nearby, then go to the corner to find a small chest.

Look for a Peahat that you haven't used the Double Clawshots on yet. Wait for it to be moving southward and grab onto it, then grab onto the Peahat near a tree past the wall. Drop down below and transform to Wolf Link, and use your senses to kill the nearby Poe. Open the nearby chest.

Get a Second Piece of Heart

Grab onto the Peahat above the tree, then wait for the other Peahat to come close enough to lock onto, and use the Double Clawshots on it. Look north and lower yourself on the Clawshot chain to avoid getting knocked off where the wall is too narrow. After you make it past that wall, use the Double Clawshots on the next Peahat and lower yourself on the chain to make it past that wall. If you need bombs, you can drop down below and open the chest to get some. Then when the Peahat is going north, grab onto it to reach the ledge with a door. Go through the door.

There are some stationary Peahats in the sky here, as well as some Kargaroks flying around. Use the Double Clawshots on the Peahats, but turn around (you can rotate while hanging) and look for Peahats that lead to the door south of the one you just came out of. Go through that door.

Open the nearby chest to get a Piece of Heart.

Get a Second Poe Soul

Go back through the door and use the Peahats to reach the door into the building with the egg-shaped structure on top. Go through.

Look for some ivy on the wall, but before you climb it, shoot the Kargarok on top of the pillar near the ivy. You might also want to kill the two Dynalfos that are walking around nearby.

After you kill the Kargarok near the ivy, use the Double Clawshots to grab the ivy and climb up onto the ledge. Look around for more Kargaroks on the pillars and try to shoot them. Then transform into Wolf Link and walk across the rope. Transform back into a human and go around the ledge until you find some ivy, but don't climb up yet. First, kill the two Walltulas on the ivy. Then climb on the ivy to reach the chest on the other side.

Transform into Wolf Link and climb across the ropes, and use your senses to kill the Poe at the other end. Then transform back into a human and open the chest.

Get the Big Key

Then drop down below and go back to the ivy on the outer wall that you climbed up earlier. Climb up it again to reach the ledge at the top. Then transform into Wolf Link and climb across the ropes to reach the door in the side of the red pillar in the middle. Transform into a human and go through the door.

In this area, avoid the hole in the floor. If you get knocked down the hole to the lower area, you will need to go out of the door and climb the ivy and cross the ropes to get back to the door that leads to the upper area.

Stand to the side of the slowly spinning fan blade, killing the Helmasaurus as necessary, and use the Double Clawshots on the chandelier in the ceiling beyond the fan. Put on the Iron Boots to turn off the fan. Take off the boots and drop down, killing any remaining Helmasaurus, and open the chest to get the Big Key.

Go to the Dungeon Boss

Now look for the small hole in the floor and use the Double Clawshots on the grating in the ceiling above it. Lower yourself down, then land on the floor kill the two Helmasaurs, and open the small chest to get a red rupee.

The lines on the ceiling grating line up with the fan blades below, so use the Double Clawshots between the lines, then lower yourself down past the fan. When you have gone as low as possible, look at the ceiling for a chandelier that is just barely visible. Use the Double Clawshots on it and put on the Iron Boots to turn on a fan.

From the chandelier, lower yourself on the Clawshot chain to reach the floor. Go through the north door.

The slowly spinning fan blades have gratings on them. Use the Double Clawshots to make your way across, but before you get off, use the Double Clawshots on the grating in the large fan above the door, and drop down and walk to the chest behind the fan blade to get a purple rupee.

Drop down below and go through the door there.

Walk forward into the room and there will be a brief cutscene. Two Aeralfos will attack, so defeat them like before, using the Clawshot when they raise their shield, then using sword attacks when they are on the ground. If both are still alive, try to keep both of them in view so you can quickly retarget to the one that is raising its shield.

After they are both defeated, use the Double Clawshots on the grating above the door, then grab the grating on the stationary fan blade up above. From there, use a Clawshot to hit the crystal switch across the way, which makes your fan blade start spinning.

From here, make your way to the top of the room by using the Double Clawshots on the fan blades. When you encounter a fan blade that is not spinning, if you are having difficulty grabbing onto it before your fan blade spins too far, drop down below, watch out for the Purple Chu, and get onto the other side of the fan blade to make it easier to grab the unmoving one up above.

From the unmoving blade near the top of the room, use the Double Clawshots on the crystal switch in the wall, then when your fan blade starts spinning, use the Clawshots on the target above the locked Big Key door. Drop down below and open the door.

Use the Clawshots on the grating in the pillar in front of the door, then use the Clawshots on the ivy on the pillar across from you. Climb up to the platform at the top, and there will be a cutscene.

Argorok

Use the Clawshots to grab the gratings on the pillars on the sides of the platform, and make your way to the top.

If you stay too long on the platform, Argorok may swoop past or blow a gust of wind with its wings. You can use the Iron Boots to avoid getting knocked off. Try to climb up the pillars quickly to avoid this.

When Argorok hovers over the platform, you will be able to target the end of its tail. Lock onto it and use the Clawshots on the end of its tail, then equip the Iron Boots to pull Argorok onto the platform. Some of its armor will be destroyed.

Eventually, there will be a cutscene where a thunderstorm begins, you see Argorok's weak spot on its back, and Argorok sheds the rest of its armor. Peahats will rise into the air.

Wind will be blowing on the platform, so use your Iron Boots if necessary, and carefully use your Clawshots to go up to the tops of the pillars and grab onto a Peahat. Wait for Argorok to roar and throw its head back, indicating that it will soon start breathing fire. Start moving from Peahat to Peahat until you are behind Argorok and can see the weak spot on its back. Rotate to face Argorok, ready the Clawshot and point it at the weak spot, then you should be able to lock onto the weak spot and use the Clawshot on it. Then slash repeatedly at the weak spot with your sword. Eventually, you and Argorok will crash to the ground. As soon as you can, climb up the pillars again, and grab onto a Peahat.

Repeat this process, but after the second time you attack its back, keep an eye on Argorok when it is breathing fire. If it suddenly stops breathing fire, you need to turn around and go the other direction on the Peahats.

The third time you land on Argarok's back, be sure to look for the "Finish" option strike the finishing blow and end the battle more quickly than with regular sword attacks.

To the Mirror Chamber

After the battle, Midna will say your next destination is the Mirror Chamber. Pick up the Heart Container, then walk up to Midna to leave the dungeon.

Use Clawshot on the target in the back of the Sky Cannon to return to Lake Hylia.

When you are ready to proceed with the story, warp to the Mirror Chamber. Approach the broken mirror and there will be a cutscene. Afterward, you can step on the glowing tile between the mirror and the portal to make stairs appear. Go to the symbol at the top of the stairs and press A to go to the Palace of Twilight.
