Kaalakiota Peaks Vodka

typeID44215
Mass10.00 kg
Volume3.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionUsually found on the open market in highly decorated bottles rather than these massive distillation tanks, Kaalakiota Peaks Vodka is made with natural spring water filtered through the volcanic rock of the northern peaks of the mountain range from which it takes its name. This particular container is marked with the shipping number of part of an enormous batch worth more than ten billion kredits that went missing after a Guristas attack in Ikoskio that occurred in November YC117.

Kapli Bread

typeID48590
Mass1.00 kg
Volume1.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionThe Lutins are a ballet of beautiful lights around the Perimeter stargate in the Federation system of Iyen-Oursta. Enslaved Minmatar traveling through this system believe that those who witness the lights are blessed, and their firstborn son will be free of chains. This bread is baked in honor of such a blessing.

Kor-Azor Family Decree

typeID44207
Mass10.00 kg
Volume3.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionRatified by Lady Ersilia Kor-Azor, heir of House Kor-Azor, this decree strips capsuleer pilot Lysus of all titles in the Amarr Empire, nullifying his claim to any estate or assets on Eclipticum, in the Imperial system of Kor-Azor Prime. It also publicly denounces his behavior during celebrations of the Coronation of Empress Catiz I, and formally severs any ties with him on behalf of the Kor-Azor family.

Kri'tak Knife

typeID48591
Mass1.00 kg
Volume1.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionKri’taks are combat knives commonly used by Minmatar, based off a traditional Sebiestor ice pick called the ci’nal. Tools like the ci’nal were used by northern Sebiestor clans to break apart ice, though only a few clans still use them since the development of high-tech cutters and refrigeration units. Kri’taks retain the stiletto shape of the original ci’nal, but their blade is broadened and edged. Kri’taks have become a standard weapon for Valklear Special Forces. Like the nova knives used by planetside armies and clone mercenaries, Valklear kri’taks have rapidly-oscillating edges that greatly enhance the knife’s ability to cut through dense material.

Krusual Etched Sticks

typeID48588
Mass1.00 kg
Volume1.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionThese sticks, to the untrained eye, appear to be nothing more than twigs bereft of bark and chewed upon by hungry bugs. However, the Krusual Tribe used sticks such as these to communicate secretly under the paranoid eyes of their Amarr overseers. A combination of vertical and horizontal lines, occasionally intersected by curves or sharp angles, represents a fiercely guarded nonverbal language. Academics speculate the source of such a language could be traced back to hunts in the Tronhadar Valley region, where scouts would leave carved sticks on the trail for the main hunting party to read.

Lifeblood (Collector's Edition)

typeID49649
Mass1.00 kg
Volume1.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionSani Sabik sects are found throughout New Eden, many with significantly different belief systems from that of the Blood Raider Covenant's Sarikusan sect. When compared to the Covenant, Sani Sabik worshippers found in places like the Federation can be considerably softer, exchanging blood freely with other worshippers instead of forcibly bleeding captives. Sanist worship in the Federation has risen steadily over the last decade, with many attributing its growing popularity to the famous music star, Midna Lyre, who produces Sani Sabik-themed music. Lifeblood was Midna Lyre's breakout album into the genre of Sanist music, which had until then only been found in amateur music produced for Galnet media sites and Sanist subgroups. The controversy surrounding the album secured Midna the number one spot on Egonics' Top Albums of YC110 list, with singles like, "Night Box," and "I Wanna Taste You (Bleed for Me)". Midna has gone on to produce many more Sani Sabik-themed songs, and a compilation album of her greatest hits titled, "The Red Album," is due for release in mid YC121. Several attempts have been made to ban sales of Lifeblood and other Sani Sabik music. This activism has not seen much success in the Federation, but in the Amarr Empire possession of Sanist music, including anything produced by Midna (Sani Sabik or not), is grounds for arrest and charges of heresy.

Livestock-Liberator Display

typeID56971
Mass10.00 kg
Volume3.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionSpaceship safety display issued by InterBus to warn against the risks of unsecured livestock aboard ship. The grotesque, electro-prod-limbed Livestock-Liberator Clone features in a comical image that warns of the risks of rampaging livestock such as genetically-modified cattle or cybernetic slaver hounds getting loose. New Eden's Yoiul Festival to mark the end of one year and the start of a new one has become a universally popular family holiday, especially among those living and working in the space industries. Personnel transport traffic increases markedly during this period to accommodate the movement of workers visiting their families, and safety aboard spaceships is a paramount issue of concern. Using old spacer tales of clone blanks coming to life and wreaking havoc aboard ship, InterBus has issued a series of animated safety displays warning passengers and crew alike against hazards, carelessness, and waste. Although cartoonish, the safety displays deal with serious risks to life and limb aboard a working spaceship.

Description121.02.07 09:06.12 To: global.faction It has come to my attention that many of you are understandably concerned about the potential for a repeat of last year's interruptions. I would like to assure everyone that we have taken every possible precaution to ensure the sanctity of the event. The Gala has an increased security complement and has been relocated to more discreet pockets of space. This year promises to be our most secure, and dare I say most fun, event ever. For those of you whose fears have not been allayed, I offer you my personal guarantee that I will not allow for a repeat of last year’s debacle. I would also like to remind you of our standard biomass policy regarding dissent. Your grateful host, O.H

DescriptionRecovering Fragment… Last Update [121.02.11 20:56.31] Title: Speech notes For 46 years we’ve been bound not just by contract, but by friendship. A lot has changed in that time; the Sansha incursions, the discovery of new areas of space, the rise of the capsuleer scourge. But some things have stayed the same; people still love our products, we’re all still making a lot of ISK, and we can all still trust in the prosperity brought to us by the Angel-Serpentis pact. So let's not dwell on the death and destruction of the past. Instead, this February remember your brother and sister entrepreneur. Send them some love, and save the hostile fire for those who would oppose us. Together we can make this our greatest year yet - and crush anyone who stands in our way.

Description120.02.23 11:31.09 To: s.network Dear Editor, Your publication’s bias against any entrepreneur working beyond the almighty CONCORD’s limits is well known, but your recent coverage has been outrageous even by your standards. A gathering of like-minded innovators was attacked by individuals who consider themselves above the rest of humanity. By failing to condemn these attacks you are as good as endorsing terrorism. Despite your anti-business attitude, the free thinkers of New Eden will not be intimidated by these terrorists. I promise you if they are foolish enough to return next year you will find yourself telling a very different story.

Lost reminder to pay sov bill

typeID33217
Volume0.01 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionOn January 26th 2010 CONCORD collected ISK from capsuleer alliances claiming territory in null security space. While most alliances received the reminder to pay their bills certain alliances either chose to ignore it or claimed to have never gotten the reminder. Due to these lost reminders and the subsequent failure to pay by several alliances CONCORD revoked their territorial claim on multiple solar systems. Several alliances were affected by this including Wildly Inappropriate., Legion of xXDEATHXx, and most notably GoonSwarm. For both Wildly Inappropriate. and Legion of xXDEATHXx the response was simply to pay the bills and reclaim the solar systems. GoonSwarm however was in the middle of a war with IT Alliance over the ownership of Delve. IT Alliance used GoonSwarm's failure to pay as an opportunity to conquer key systems including what many considered to be the core system of Delve, NOL-M9.

Matari Word Calendar

typeID48589
Mass1.00 kg
Volume1.00 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionMany Minmatar still speak Amarish as their first language, even more so since the return of the Nefantar and Starkmanir, and "Republic Matari" is considered an unsatisfactory reconstruction of the common language of the old Minmatar Empire. All tribes are concerned to address this cultural issue and wish to live and speak according to their true heritage. (Though the suggestion from the Krusual that all Minmatar adopt their tribal language, which remains almost entirely intact due to the Krusual resistance, was politely declined by the other tribes when the Republic was founded.) Due to these concerns, major efforts are underway within the Republic to recover what is possible of all historical tribal languages and dialects, so as to restore them for use in modern Minmatar tribal societies. This calendar comes from an industry born out of that sentiment. There's a new Matari word for each of the 1357 days of the Matar year!

New Eden Soundbox

CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionThis antiquated music-playing device sure has seen better days. Not only is the outer shell cracked, with wires and inner circuitry running loose, but some power cells seem to be missing as well. All attempts to fix or reconnect this strange device have failed, resulting only in a deafeningly loud static noise coming out of the ship's sound synthesizers. Better leave this off, then.

New Eden Source

typeID33809
Volume0.01 m³
CategorySpecial Edition Commodities
DescriptionThis compendium of reports, data and historical documents - some of which are highly classified - details the landscape of New Eden and the lives of its various citizens. It is a blend of man-on-the-street tales, high-level political reportage, and behind-the-scenes information that casts a new light on the cluster. The compendium itself is unique in its production: It serves as a repository of facts like any other book, digital or otherwise; but it has certain additional output functions that permit select readers to interface directly with its contents and grasp them at a level that is quite literally cerebral. This is a security measure more than anything, and an expensive one, but it means that parts of the book cannot even be read; instead, they must be imprinted directly on the brain's pathways. The only potential recipients of this kind of knowledge - at least, the only ones who can handle it without having their cranial nerves fried to a crisp - are capsuleers. Thus, like the fabled Book of Emptiness in Amarr myth, this book is not only a book, but a vessel for a changed outlook on the world, and like that same mythological book, it has the ability to change those readers who are receptive to its dark wonders.
