Explore Circhester

If you go east from the Pokémon Center, you will find a pokéball-shaped fountain. Northwest of the fountain, you find the west building of Hotel Ionia. Go inside.

Go up the elevator, and go into the first room to the left of the elevator. A police officer asks you to come back when you are as strong as a Champion, so be sure to come back later.

In the leftmost room, talk to the doctor to get a Catching Charm. It increases the chance of a critical catch, which is when a pokéball only shakes once after it is thrown at a wild pokémon. If you complete the Galar pokédex (not including the pokémon from the Expansion Pass), talk to this person again to get the Shiny Charm.

If you go outside and go northeast from the fountain, you find the east building of Hotel Ionia. Go inside.

Upstairs, in the first room to the left of the elevator, there will be a cutscene. Talk to the person who was about to announce the culprit, and there will be another cutscene. Then talk to the three accused people. After you finish talking to all three, there will be another cutscene. Check on the pokémon and there will be another cutscene. Check on the pokémon again and say Yes when asked if it's the culprit. You will get a Wide Lens.

In the first room to the right of the elevator, talk to the mountaineer to get TM16 Screech.

In the room to the right of that, talk to the Musician to get TM47 Fake Tears.

South of the east building of the hotel, you can trade a Vanillish to get a pokémon. In Pokémon Sword, you get Grimm's Throh, nicknamed Reddos. In Pokémon Shield, you get Grimm's Sawk, nicknamed Blubop.

In the southeast of town, you can optionally visit Route 9.

In the first house north of the Pokémon Center, talk to one of the people to get TM27 Icy Wind.

North of that, there is a restaurant called Bob's Your Uncle. East of the restaurant, there is a large hot spring, known as the Hero's Bath. If you go down the stairs southwest of the Hero's Bath and check on the sparkle, you get a Snowball. If you go down the stairs southeast of the Hero's Bath and check on the sparkle, you get a Poké Doll.

In the east side of the Hero's Bath area, you find TM51 Icicle Spear.

In the west side of the Hero's Bath area, you can talk to someone to teach Draco Meteor to your pokémon.

In the southwest part of the Hero's Bath area, check on the sparkle to get a can of Lemonade.

To the left of the stadium, check on the sparkle to get 2 X Sp. Atks.

When you go into the stadium, there will be a cutscene, and you will get Gordie's League Card in Pokémon Sword or Melony's League Card in Pokémon Shield.

Then you can explore Circhester Stadium.
