A guide on how to find and complete the Sha Gehma shrine and solve the "Shift and Lock" puzzle.
How to Reach the Shrine
This shrine is in the Hebra Region. Go north from Rin Oyaa Shrine and cross N. Tabantha Snowfield to find this shrine. However, be careful of the Lynel in N. Tabantha Snowfield. Alternatively, you can go northeast from Rok Uwog Shrine to avoid the snowfield area.
How to Solve the Shrine
Go up the ramps and look for a treasure chest on a tall pillar. Float down to it and open it to get a Royal Broadsword.
Then go back to the ramps and use Magnesis on the metal box in the middle of the room, and go up the ramps that spiral around the track that the metal box is attached to. Raise the box above the two moving platforms. When a platform is about to move under the box, switch to Stasis and freeze the moving platform under the box. Then float down to the treasure chest that is below the metal box and open it to get a small key.
Then use the small key to open the door to Sha Gehma. Talk to Sha Gehma to get the Spirit Orb.
