After you help the old man in Reindeer, you continue on to the spooky town of Spookane.

Go to Spookane

When you arrive in Spookane, go south from the train station (beware of enemies attacking in town) and enter the hotel.

In the hotel, make sure to give Ana one of the Franklin Badges. Be aware that after you stay at this hotel, it will shut down permanently. Talk to the grey man and agree to stay for $18. After you rest, you will have to battle Starman.

Starman

If you have leveled up Ana, she should know some PK attacks. The Greek letters from weakest to strongest are α, β, γ, Ω, and her PK attacks, from strongest to weakest, are PK Beam, PK Fire, PK Thunder, and PK Freeze, so use whichever of her PK attacks is the strongest in that list and has the strongest Greek letter. Use Lloyd's strongest attacks (e.g. Bombs, Bottle Rockets, Laser Beams, Plasma Beams, regular attacks, etc.) and Ninten's attacks to try to end the battle quickly. Make sure to heal as needed.

Get the Ghost Key

After that, you can't stay in the hotel here anymore.

If you explore Spookane, don't talk to the hint woman unless you are willing to pay $1000 for a hint. If you say no, she will disappear forever. So just don't talk to her unless you need a hint and have the money.

Go east from the hotel and follow the path to another part of town. Go to the southeast of this area and talk to the girl there to get the Ghost Key.

Go north from that girl and you will eventually go up two ramps. After that, go west and go up the ramp, then go east and go up the ramp. Use the Ghost Key on the house to go inside.
