How to Start the Quest
After you complete the quest From the Ground Up, talk to Hagie in Tarrey Town during the day. He sits on the cliff at the west side of town. He gives you a Silver Rupee.
How to Complete the Quest
Go west and defeat the two Guardian Stalkers in Torin Wetland, then go back and talk to Hagie.
Quest Reward
Hagie gives you a Red Rupee.
