How to Find the Shrine

You can reveal this shrine after you get the Zora Armor. Follow the steps on the Reach Zora's Domain page to get the Zora Armor.

If you want to activate the shrine quest for this shrine, you have to complete the Divine Beast Vah Ruta dungeon first. However, you can still reveal this shrine before completing that dungeon. If you have completed the dungeon, talk to a girl named Laruta in Zora's Domain to start the shrine quest.

You can either use the Ceremonial Trident or the Lightscale Trident for this quest. You will get the Lightscale Trident after you complete the Divine Beast Vah Ruta dungeon and talk to King Dorephan in Zora's Domain. Alternatively, the Ceremonial Trident is in the water under the northwest bridge of Zora's Domain. Look under that bridge and use Magnesis to see the Ceremonial Trident. Create a Cryonis ice pillar on the water nearby and stand on the ice pillar, then use Magnesis on the Ceremonial Trident. Put it on a Cryonis platform or on the floor of Zora's Domain nearby.

After you have Zora Armor and the Ceremonial Trident or the Lightscale Trident, go across the northwest bridge of Zora's Domain, then go south to reach Veiled Falls. Equip the Zora Armor and one of the aforementioned tridents, then swim up the waterfall. Float down toward the glowing orange platform under the water at the base of the waterfall, and when you are getting close to it, press Y to thrust downward with the trident and hit the orange platform.

If you did it correctly, the shrine will appear. Go inside and open the chest to get a Silver Rupee. Then talk to Dagah Keek to get the Spirit Orb.
