How to Start the Quest
Before you can start this quest, you have to complete the Divine Beast Vah Ruta dungeon first. Talk to Laruta at Zora's Domain to start the quest. Laruta is a child who can be found in front of Mipha's statue. Talk to her and ask her about her song.
