Talk to the fisherman standing in front of The Fish Place in Uptown Springdale to start the quest.

Catch a Giant Huchen!

The Giant Huchen can be found in Catfish Pond in Mount Wildwood. It is rare, and might only appear if it's raining. To make it rain, try sleeping in your bed at home to go from morning to night, and night to morning, until it is raining outside.

Quest Complete!

Go back and talk to the guy in front of The Fish Place to complete the quest.
