Ditto's Moves and How to Learn Them

Water Gun You learn this move during the beginning of the game
Leafage You learn this move during the beginning of the game
Cut In Withered Wasteland, build a Tree-Shaded Tall Grass habitat (use Leafage to grow four tall grasses under a tree, and make sure the grass and tree are watered) to make Scyther move in. Talk to Scyther and give them 2 sturdy sticks. You will learn Cut.
Rock Smash In Withered Wasteland, build an Exercise Resting Spot habitat (place a bench next to a Punching Bag) to make Hitmonchan move in. Then talk to Hitmonchan and give them two stones. You will learn Rock Smash.
Jump Learn Rock Smash (see above), then break through the rocks in the southern cave of Withered Wasteland. Go to the water to find Magikarp. Talk to them, then build the Ocean Fishing Spot habitat and they will automatically move in. Then talk to them to learn how to jump. From then on, you can press R to jump.
Rototiller Learn Rock Smash (see above), then break through the rocks east of the Pokémon Center in Withered Wasteland. Walk east into the area and you will meet Drilbur. Talk to Drilbur until they ask you to water the dry soil. Look for a dripping rock in the cliff face and climb up to it, then use Rock Smash on it to create a waterfall. Go down to the pool of water and break the rock that is keeping the water from reaching the dry soil near Drilbur. Then talk to Drilbur and you will learn Rototiller.
Strength After you meet Kyogre in Withered Wasteland, go through the northwest area gate to reach Rocky Ridges. Read the Rocky Ridges Guide for information on what to do there. During the events in Rocky Ridges, you will learn Strength.
Surf After you meet Kyogre in Withered Wasteland, go through the northwest area gate to reach Bleak Beach. Read the Bleak Beach Guide for information on what to do there. In Bleak Beach, you will be asked to create a habitat to meet Lapras. Once you meet Lapras and clear away the mud near their habitat, you can talk to them to learn Surf.
Rollout In Rocky Ridges, after you meet Machoke, they will ask you to find Graveler and will teach you the Mossy Boulder habitat. Create that habitat and talk to Graveler, and say Machoke was asking for them, and you will learn Rollout.
Camouflage After you meet Kyogre in Withered Wasteland, go through the northwest area gate to reach Bleak Beach. Read the Bleak Beach Guide for information on what to do there. In Bleak Beach, at some point there will be a suspicious brick in front of the Pokémon Center. Use Rock Smash on it to meet Zorua and learn the Toy Blocks recipe. Make Toy Blocks, then talk to Zorua again to learn Camouflage.
Magnet Rise Complete the request "Do the Team Initiation Challenge", then meet Magneton where the tower used to be, and build the home they ask for.
Glide After you meet Volcanion in Rocky Ridges and Raikou in Bleak Beach, go through the north area gate to reach Sparkling Skylands. Progress through the Sparkling Skylands requests until you learn the Waterside Dinghy habitat. Build the Waterside Dinghy by using Leafage in the water where there is a canoe. (Using Leafage while standing in water will create duckweed in the water.) When you meet Dragonite at this habitat, they will teach you the Glide ability.
Suck Up Liquid After you meet Kyogre in Withered Wasteland, go through the northwest area gate to reach Bleak Beach. Read the Bleak Beach Guide for information on what to do there. In Bleak Beach, complete requests until Piplup says "Let's go together!" complete their request to build a waterfall and you will learn the Marshy Tall Grass habitat. This will allow you to meet Paldean Wooper. Complete Wooper's request (or if Wooper doesn't have any requests, complete Piplup's requests first, then complete Wooper's) to learn the Suck Up Liquid ability.
