Q

To reach Q, you have to take the path Cyan, Betray, Red, and then choose ally after the control room.

WARNING! If you are playing the 3DS version, don't save the game during the room escape! There is a bug that can erase your save data! If you want to save, jump to a novel sequence and save there before starting the room escape.

Open the Walls

The walls in this room are made up of grids of squares. Tapping the squares on the walls causes a reaction. If you tap the correct squares, items will come out of the walls.

To figure out which squares you need to tap on the walls, check on the floating cube in the middle of the room. You will see a grid. This grid represents the wall that you were facing when you tapped the cube. On this floating cube grid, tap it to reveal numbers. The numbers tell you how many of the surrounding squares you need to tap on the wall. The number might or might not include the square itself.

For example, a 1 means that you either have to tap that same square on the wall, or one of the squares surrounding the square with the 1 in it (NOT including diagonally adjacent squares). A 2 would mean that either two of the squares bordering the 2 square should be tapped on the wall, or the square with the 2 in it and one of the surrounding squares should be tapped on the wall.

If you need additional hints, exit the floating cube, then tap it again for a series of hints. The hints also include instructions on viewing the hints again, but those hints will disappear forever after you view them a certain number of times.

When you have figured it out, go over to the actual walls of the room and tap on the wall squares that were indicated by the floating cube. The correct squares to tap are:

The Dice Puzzle

Check the purple books that say DICE. The last book contains pictures of the dice. Tap the dice table to the right of the purple books to start the dice puzzle. If some dice get in the way during the following instructions, just roll them out of the way, then roll them back to where they were afterward.

One of the red dice says 6. Move it right, down, down, down, down. Move the other red die right, right, down, left, left.

One of the blue dice says 6. Move it up, left, down, down, left, left. Move the other blue die up, up, right, right, down, right, down, right.

One of the green dice says 1. Move it right, right, right, right, down, left, down. Move the other green die up, up, up, up, right, right, down.

Once you solve it, you get the blue memory card. Take it.

The Darts Puzzle

Get the darts out of the holder near the dart board. Equip the darts and tap the dartboard. The game tells you to get a score of 100 using three darts. Throw a dart at the green 13, the blue 14, and the red 11. You will get a green memory card.

The Hexagon Puzzle

Tap the screen that has green and red shapes. You have to turn all the hexagons and triangles red. To do that, tap the bottom red triangles, then all of the green hexagons. You get the red memory card, and a file that explains the AB game in the Q room. The file says:
- Three people always choose ally
- Three people always choose betray
- One person always does what his opponent does.

Put all of the memory cards into the screen to the right of the exit door.

Get a Safe Password

The AB puzzle is to the right of the exit door. The file that you got from the hexagon puzzle says that the first answer is "strive for 9 with six cooperators." In this game, "US" represents you, so "strive for 9" means that "US" has to get 9 points. Furthermore, "six cooperators" means that everyone's votes (including "US") must always be Betray vs. Betray or Ally vs. Ally.

To do that, you can first play some practice rounds to figure out which people are the betrayers, which are the ones who ally, and which one always mirrors the opponent. You discover that:
A and E always betray
B and D always ally
C always copies his opponent

To get a safe password, the votes must always be Betray vs. Betray or Ally vs. Ally, and "US" has to get 9 points. The solution is simple. Just pair up the two who always betray, and the two who always ally, and "US" should go against the one who always does what his opponent does, and in order to ensure that "US" gets 9 points, always vote Ally:
Choose Ally. US vs. C, A vs. E, B vs. D

Get another Safe Password

The AB puzzle is to the right of the exit door. The file that you got from the hexagon puzzle says that the second answer is "we must be the only ones to surpass 9."

To do that, you can first play some practice rounds to figure out which people are the betrayers, which are the ones who ally, and which one always mirrors the opponent. You discover that:
A and E always betray
B and D always ally
C always copies his opponent

To solve this puzzle, "US" needs to be the only one to get 9 points. So try this:
Round 1: Choose Betray. US vs. D, A vs. C, B vs. E
Round 2 and 3: Choose Ally. US vs. C, A vs. E, B vs. D

Escape

After you get the key from the safe, tap the exit door, then equip the key and tap the keyhole.

After the Escape

Many things happen after the escape. Be sure to go back and solve all puzzle rooms in Hard Mode. You don't need to re-solve any of the puzzles, because you already know the escape password, so just switch to Hard Mode and enter the escape passwords into the safes that you learned earlier. You don't need to have all of the archives for this.

Once you have solved all of the puzzle rooms on hard mode, check the flow chart to find a new section.
