How to Start the Quest
Talk to Guy in Kara Kara Bazaar to begin the quest. Read Reach Gerudo Town for a guide to reaching Kara Kara Bazaar. Guy is the Rito who sits by the water.
How to Complete the Quest
You can make a Chilly Elixir by combining a Winterwing Butterfly or a Cold Darner (which you can buy from Beedle in Kara Kara Bazaar) with a monster part (e.g. fang, horn, guts, wing, Chuchu jelly, etc.) After you have one, give it to Guy.
Quest Reward
Guy gives you a purple rupee.
