How to Find the Shrine

To open the shrine, you will need to obtain a Dinraal's Scale.

To reach the shrine, go west from Katosa Aug Shrine, which is near East Akkala Stable. In this area, you will find the Spring of Power between Ordorac Quarry and North Akkala Valley.

Talk to the Goddess Statue to receive the shrine quest.

Then hold a Dinraal's Scale and drop it into the spring in front of the Goddess Statue to reveal the shrine.
