How to Find the Shrine

It helps to bring Bomb Arrows to unlock this shrine. Go southeast from Dah Hesho Shrine to reach Ulria Grotto. Float over the lake in the grotto and look north to see a wall of cracked stones. Use a Bomb Arrow on it to break it open, then float into the opening to reach the shrine.
