Go to the Bogbound Camp in the Crimson Mirelands and talk to Odo.

Show a Pokémon that Can Use Water Pulse

Some Water-type pokémon can learn Water Pulse, so catch Water-type pokémon to find out if they already know Water Pulse, or take the pokémon to Zisu in Jubilife Village to see if it can learn Water Pulse. Then show Odo the pokémon.

Battle Sudowoodo

You will have to battle Sudowoodo. You can either capture it or defeat it.
