Eshim needs you to help the Bronzor who is preventing the base camp from being built.

The Request

Talk to Eshim in the Coronet Highlands to accept this request.

Talk to Bronzor

This Bronzor can't be battled, so just go up and talk to it. It looks across the river, so get into the water and ride Basculin up the stream until you reach a riverbank on the other side. Go to where the Bronzor was looking, and you find another Bronzor. Approach it and there will be a cutscene.

Reward

After you help the Bronzor, the base camp will be set up.
