After you reach Cobalt Coastlands, talk to Choy in Jubilife Village to accept his request.

Get 3 Pop Pods

Pop Pods can be found on beach areas of the Cobalt Coastlands. Once you have three of them, go downstairs in Galaxy Hall and talk to Tao Hua to hand them over.

Reward

After you give Tao Hua three Pop Pods and talk to Choy at the General Store, a wider variety of goods will be sold in the General Store in Jubilife Village.
