Talk to Floaro in Jubilife Village to proceed.

Go to Galaxy Hall

Go into Galaxy Hall and go up the stairs to the second floor. Go into one of the rooms there to find an Umbreon. Talk to it.

Make a Jubilife Muffin

Craft a Jubilife Muffin, then talk to Umbreon. Give Umbreon the muffin.

Reward

You get 1 Rare Candy for completing the request. You can also choose to get either a Water Stone or a Fire Stone or a Thunder Stone.
