Find out how to take your team on expeditions to battle pokémon and find loot.

Start an Expedition

The map will show one or more expeditions you can go on. Tap the expedition to go there. The difficulty of the expedition is shown as a number. Your team's strength is shown above the Edit Team button. If your team's score is equal to or higher than the difficulty of the expedition, your team should be strong enough to successfully complete the expedition.

Battles During the Expedition

Your team will automatically walk through the area and find wild pokémon. You can tap your team's moves to make them perform that move. If you don't tap a move, your team will use basic attacks automatically. You have to wait for your pokémon's special moves to recharge before you can reuse them.

You can tap the Auto button to have your pokémon automatically use their Special Moves during battle.
