Jiukoum Shrine is located at 0867, -2279, 0141, in the Popla Foothills, southeast of Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.

Built for Rails

Attach the two metal slabs together, then place it on top of the rails and stand on it to make it slide down the rails.

In the next area, look for the area in the wall with a short rail and a treasure chest on a ledge. There are three metal pieces nearby. Connect them end-to-end and place them on the short rails, then take the metal piece that keeps reappearing on the longer rails nearby, and attach it at an angle to the end so you can walk up it. Open the treasure chest to get Sticky Elixir.

Go back down to the lower area, and take all of the metal pieces apart. Attach a short metal piece vertically to the middle of the long piece, then place the long piece on top of the rails with the short piece hanging down between the rails. Stand on the metal and it will slide down the rails. The piece that you attached to the middle will keep it from going off the rails.

Go up the stairs to the two side-by-side rails. Look at where the rails go, and you will see that the two rails end, and a new rail begins in the space between the ends of the two rails. Take the long metal slab and attach the three short slabs to the ends and the middle, in the shape of the letter E. Place this with the short slabs pointing downward, so that the two end pieces are between the two rails. Then take the fans and attach them to the top of the metal piece, pointing away from the rails so that they will push you along the rails. Hit a fan to start all three of them. If you did it correctly, you will reach the end of the shrine, where you can check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
