In Teniten Shrine you will be trained in the combat technique of throwing items.

Shrine Location

Teniten Shrine is in Hyrule Field at -0075, -1115, 0021.

Combat Training: Throwing

Enter the shrine and a training construct will activate. You will be instructed on how to throw weapons. You should use the rusty halberds to the left of the stairs, to avoid breaking the weapons that you brought with you. The construct will shoot arrows at you during the training. After you hit the construct with a thrown weapon, it will start to move side to side, so aim carefully with your next thrown weapon. After you hit it twice with a thrown weapon, the training will be complete. Take the Zonai Charge that the construct dropped, then go through the bars and open the chest.

Shrine Reward

The chest in Teniten Shrine contains a random Zonaite Spear.
