Rotsumamu Shrine is located near the Yiga Clan Hideout Chasm in the Gerudo Highlands.

Shrine Location

Rotsumamu Shrine is at -3407, -1362, 0335 in the Gerudo Highlands near the Yiga Clan Hideout Chasm.

A Balanced Plan

Go up the see-saw and jump off at the top. If it falls too low, you can use Recall on it.

In the next area, attach the metal barrel to the raised end of the see-saw. This allows you to walk up the see-saw to the next area.

Next, there is a large see-saw with some metal cubes attached to one side. These cubes can't be removed. First, attach the long metal slab to the raised end of the see-saw, pointing toward the ledge with the treasure chest. Walk along the long metal slab and jump to the ledge. Open the chest to get a Large Zonaite.

Then lift up one of the three metal cubes at the end of the see-saw until it won't go any farther, and let go. Then stand on the three metal cubes and use Recall on them to make the see-saw go up. From there, you can jump through the door at the top. Check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
