Talk the boy on Moonlight Pass in Blossom Heights (the road north of Shoten Temple) to start the quest.

To Rolling Waves Park!

Explore Rolling Waves Park in Downtown Springdale until Whisper detects a Yo-kai aura.

Beat the thieving Yo-kai!

Use the Lens to find the hidden Cheeksqueek. Talk to it and defeat it to get the Toy Missile.

Give back the toy!

Talk to the boy again to complete the quest.
