First you have to trick the guard into letting you in. Do this by wearing an outfit that looks like it could work at fancy party. Then you have to give something to the woman holding the keycard to make her drop the keycard. Then you have to get up to the top floor while holding the keycard but without being seen by the camera or the guard. Then you have to interact with the computer, and go over and empty the safe, then put something into the safe to open the door. Then you just go to the right and go down onto the boat to get the Starite.

1. Put a TUX on Maxwell. Give a ROSE to the woman holding the keycard. Take the keycard and put a JETPACK on Maxwell. Give Maxwell an INVISIBILITY CAPE and fly up to the top floor. Interact with the computer on the left. Empty the Safe on the right and put the Keycard into the safe. Take the Intel and go down to the boat at the bottom right.
2. Put a TUXEDO on Maxwell. Give a POSY to the woman holding the keycard. Take the keycard and put WINGS on Maxwell. Give Maxwell a TRANQUILIZER GUN and fly up to the top floor. Shoot the guard with the tranquilizer gun. Interact with the computer on the left. Empty the Safe on the right and put the Keycard into the safe. Take the Intel and go down to the boat at the bottom right.
3. Put a SUIT on Maxwell. Give a DAISY to the woman holding the keycard. Take the keycard and put FLYING SHOES on Maxwell. Give the guard a BLIND POTION and fly up to the top floor. Interact with the computer on the left. Empty the Safe on the right and put the Keycard into the safe. Take the Intel and go down to the boat at the bottom right.
