Whatever the computer tries to say here is garbled, but you can clearly hear something about flinging yourself into... space? At any rate, this is clearly going to be another momentum-based chamber.
There is a pit with a floor in it that you can put a portal on. There is also a piece of wall above the pit that points at a ledge above you. Make a portal on that piece of wall sticking out, then make a portal of the other color on the floor below. Then, as the computer said, fling yourself into the portal on the floor. You will end up on the ledge above.
From here, make a portal on the piece of wall above the one where you put the portal, being sure to make it the same color as that wall one (because you want the floor one to stay there). Once again, fall into the portal on the floor, and you will end up on a third ledge, this time with a red button on it. Above, you will see a tube that drops a weighted storage cube. Also, there is a piece of wall sticking out above the ledge where you are, and a piece of it will move such that it's pointing up at an angle.
Shoot a portal onto that angled part, remembering to make it the same color as the other wall ones, and not the floor one. Then drop down one level, and fall into the floor portal yet again. You will end up on the ledge with the weighted storage cube. Grab the cube and head down to the floor level (don't try falling through the floor portal from a high point this time). Get to where you're standing next to the floor portal, then drop the cube into it. The cube will probably land on the button. Then fall into the floor portal and replace the weighted cube if you need to. Finally, fall a couple of levels down until you can safely fall into the floor portal to end up on the ledge with the exit. The computer voice will disturbingly say 'wheeeeeeee--bzzt'. Go into the elevator to the next chamber.
