The Elite Four

Once you go into the Elite Four's building, you can't get back out again until you have defeated them or you have been defeated. There are no nurses, and no way to switch pok on using a PC. Be sure not to go inside until you are absolutely ready.

You are allowed to fight the Elite Four in any order that you choose. Once you defeat one of them, you can take your time to heal up your party before proceeding to the next member of the Elite Four. You can save after defeating an Elite Four member, but keep in mind that if you realize that you can't possibly defeat one of the Elite Four with your current party, then if you have saved the game inside of the Elite Four's building, you will have to allow one of them to defeat you in order to get back out.

Shauntal

Shauntal specializes in Ghost pokémon.

L48 Cofagrigus

  • Type: Ghost
  • Weak to: Ghost, Dark
  • Move set:
    • Psychic (Psychic Special - Power 90 - Accuracy 100%)
    • Will-O-Wisp (Fire Status)
    • Shadow Ball (Ghost Special - Power 80 - Accuracy 100%)
    • Grass Knot (Grass Special - Power greater against heavier pokémon - Accuracy 100%)
  • Base Stats:
    • HP: 58
    • Attack: 50
    • Defense: 145
    • Sp.Atk: 95
    • Sp.Def: 105
    • Speed: 30

Cofagrigus is a bit more vulnerable to Special attacks than to Physical attacks. It only uses Special attacks. A good opponent will be one that is resistant to Ghost moves since Cofagrigus gets the same type attack bonus for its Ghost move. This means that you should bring a Dark, Steel, or Normal pokémon. A Normal pokémon is immune to Cofagrigus's Ghost move. You might consider bringing Stoutland to this fight. Its Crunch move is super-effective against Cofagrigus, and it is immune to Cofagrigus's Ghost move.

L48 Jellicent

    • Shadow Ball (Ghost Special - Power 80 - Accuracy 100%)

    • Defense: 70
    • Sp.Atk: 85
    • Sp.Def: 105
    • Speed: 60

Bouffalant might be a good opponent if you teach it Wild Charge from TM93, which you can get in Victory Road. Stoutland with Crunch might also work.

L48 Golurk

  • Type: Ground/Ghost
  • Weak to: Ghost, Water, Grass, Ice, Dark

    • Sp.Atk: 145
    • Sp.Def: 90
    • Speed: 80

  • Base stats:
    • HP: 95
    • Attack: 117
    • Defense: 70
    • Sp.Atk: 65
    • Sp.Def: 70
    • Speed: 92

Ferrothorn with Power Whip would work well. Crustle with X-Scissor could also be a good choice.
