After you and Hugh team up against Team Plasma's Zinzolin in Lacunosa Town, your next destination is Route 12 to the west.

Explore the Route

As soon as you enter the route, go north when you can, to find a Timer Ball. Turn on your Dowsing Machine to find an Ultra Ball in the dark grass nearby. Go south and west and use your Dowsing Machine to find a hidden Rare Candy.

You will find Battle Girl Azra, who has a level 41 Gurdurr and a level 41 Mienfoo. Also in this area, there is Black Belt Jeriel, who has a level 42 Heracross.

At the northwest corner of the path that the Battle Girl walks, there is a PP Up and a Yellow Shard in the dark grass. Turn on your Dowsing Machine and go west to find a hidden Max Repel. To the southeast, the Black Belt is walking around, and farther south from him, you find a Green Shard in the grass, near a sign.

West from the sign, you find Backers Cleo and Rio who challenge you to a double battle with two level 40 Roselias. After you go north from the cheerleaders, go through the gap in the fence to find a Max Potion. Then go back through the gap, north, then west to leave Route 12 and reach Village Bridge.
