After accepting the quest, go to Moorabella. The Head Editor will interview you. Choose the last option. Then you have to go to Fluorgis for the actual quest.

The objective is to protect the Head Editor and defeat all foes. Prima Donna will be there to help you fight against the enemy units. Harming Seeq is forbidden, but the Head Editor is the only Seeq there, so just don't hit him and you will be fine.
