How to Complete Black King of Cinquleur

The objective is to defeat the Black King. Inflicting debuffs is forbidden (but receiving debuffs is okay).

The Black King is a level 77 Moogle Black Mage. He absorbs Fire, Ice, and Lightning attacks, and he is immune to debuffs. He can only cast magick every other turn once he has enough MP.
